Overcoming excessive worry

Some people worry more than others, but we all worry from time to time. Most of the time we're worried are far beyond our control, so all we do is waste energy that can be spent elsewhere. Anxiety also raises negative thoughts through the Law of Attraction that can draw the conditions you are concerned about into your life.

LABRADORITE

Choose a thin, flat labradorite piece to use as a worry stone. Labradorite can help calm your mind when you go into worry mode. When in anxiety mode, hold the labradorite piece and rub your thumb back and forth across the surface while repeating the mantra until you relax your mind.

BLUE LACE AGATE

This soothing stone can dispel anxiety. I suggest you choose a smooth, straight piece that can be used as a worry-stone when your mind is overloaded. Again, hold the stone and rub your thumb back and forth along the surface while repeating the mantra until you relax your mind.

AMETHYST

Worried at night? If so, put the soothing amethyst crystal under your pillow before going to bed. It will calm your mind and help you sleep. Repeat the mantra while falling asleep.
